For me the satisfaction of my customers is the most important thing, yet each order is produced exclusively for each customer. This implies that in most cases I am not guaranteed to be able to resell the fabric or accessory that I have made for you.
Make sure at the time of placing the order that the material and model you have ordered is the one you need.
The colors displayed on the screen may look slightly different depending on the calibration of your monitor or mobile device, it also depends on the fabric on which it is stamped that turn out to be more vivid colors (synthetic fibers) or more muted (natural fabrics) .
I try to monitor all orders produced in Spain, but no one is foolproof, so if you receive a wrong or defective order, I will be happy to resolve the situation. Contact me and we will discuss how to process the return and find a satisfactory solution for both parties.
Anyway, if you are within the first few hours of the order and you want to cancel it, contact me by email (email@example.com) informing the order number and if the manufacturing process of the order has not yet started, I will be able to make the necessary changes.
I trust you do not have to make any returns but, as is possible, this is the related information:
– In case you are not satisfied with the item you received, there will be two options: do the work again or return the money. In both cases it will depend on what we think is best for both parties.
– The main reason for the return is that the work is not of the size or measurements of the client. To back this up, you may be asked to send me photos with the item posted. All other possible disagreements will be subject to my consideration and I will decide if I accept them as a valid reason for return.
– Whether I repeat the work or return the money, before doing so you must send me back the first work done, paying me the shipping costs (whether it is a national or international order I will be the one who decides the shipping method and the courier company).
